We can offer some of the best prices for Lake District cottages for 2. Scroll down to view current prices. Please check our availability calendars for each cottage and then choose the start date that suits you. Fill in the online booking form or call us on 01697 321439 to book and make a deposit payment.

Please note that our minimum price is for 2 nights. Short breaks may not available over the bank holiday/festive periods and may not be available for booking early in the year for our peak season. Please contact us before submitting your booking form if you are looking for a short break at these times.

All our cottages accept at least 1 dog. We can allow a second dog in our larger holiday accommodation and it will be at our discretion (owing to breed/size). Be sure to check the right boxes at the booking form. There is a £5/day dog charge.

Hot tub hire and price details can be found here- Hot Tub. Laundry facilities are available on site and are currently charged at £1.50 per machine.

Prices are per cottage and not per person, and include bed linen and storage heating. Towels can be provided at £5 per person/set. There is a £1 coin meter which covers cooking, lighting & hot water (estimated usage: up to £3 to 4 per day).

Fuel for the log burning stoves in Dykes, Parlour & Salkeld is not added to the price. A £15 charge for fuel (that is ready supplied) is applied if used.
